1. Robert Michael & Company's function as Expeditor of Approvals in connection with developers and its consultants and contractors obtaining municipal approvals required for the development of the Project, which include, but are not limited to, entitlement approvals, health department approval, construction permits, pool health permit, kitchen health permit, MEP permits, municipal approvals for water and waste plant, fire department approval, and final CO including liquor license.
a. Approval from the Governmental Tourism Agency, Environmental, Public Works, and Local Municipality, and Marina de Guerra to permit the density required to construct owner's desired project. To and including additional Government relations owner may not already have developed.
b. Approval from the municipal agency to permit permanent closure of any secondary road so as not to bisect and interfere with the Owner's design from the main road to the beach.
c. Direct the communication with the Ministry of Tourism to determine if the proposed project development qualifies for a Resort / Residential tax exemption. d. Robert Michael & Company and designated personnel to assist owner in the future acquisition of real property surrounding the subject site in the event of owners desire to expand initial project.

2. RMC provides marketing advice, sales projection analysis, and design consulting for the units. The services shall include assistance with the preparation and filing of all required municipal documents. 3. RMC advises developers and its consultants regarding the steps necessary to obtain the desired municipal approvals. RMC will attend all meetings with the appropriate governmental authorities and developers consultants, as required and approved, and be available for conference calls at pre-scheduled times.
4. RMC arranges in country travel and makes other arrangements within the Dominican Republic for all clients and its representatives.
5. RMC will aid in the Demolition of existing structures on the subject property and will fence necessary areas.
6. RMC makes available its personnel resources to oversee and monitor daily onsite activities, to and including recommending security for the jobsite.
7. RMC monitors construction and design of project development, to and including subtle over-site of contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and services involved in the project development.
